Hace años -en la década de los 70- se hablaba de la existencia de un Gobierno del mundo en la sombra. Y a continuación siempre se miraba hacia la Comisión Trilateral, una organización -con sede en Washington- de carácter privado formada por unos 300 hombres (las mujeres escasean) del mundo de los negocios y de la política. Su ideología era clara como el agua: libremercado, libremercado y libremercado, por este orden. El patriarca era -y aún lo sigue siendo – David Rockefeller, y el nombre de la organización alude a los tres continentes -América, Europa y Asia- de los que proceden sus miembros. Hay una novedad en la lista de españoles: la salida de Trinidad Jiménez y la entrada de Joaquín Almunia.
